Accountant

Are you detail-oriented with expertise in the full accounting cycle? We are looking for a General Accounting Specialist to bring their knowledge to a dynamic and dedicated team. In this role, you’ll collaborate on a wide range of key financial tasks and play a vital role in supplier relations, financial process optimization, and supporting certification and audit projects. We are seeking a professional focused on continuous improvement, with the ability to work effectively in a team and manage responsibilities independently in a growing and developmental environment.

Responsibilities

• General Accounting.

• Complete accounting process.

• Issuing orders to suppliers and follow-up.

• Registration and control of supplier invoices.

• Intermediation with banks: daily reconciliation and registration.

• Payment management: proposal, preparation and registration.

• Relationship with suppliers: reconciliation.

• Collaboration in auditing and CC.AA.

• Help and assist in R&D certifications.

• Tax filing: 303,349,123, Intrastat.

Profile

• Minimum education: Intermediate degree or similar in Accounting.

• Minimum demonstrable experience of 5 years in accounting.

• Minimum and demonstrable of English B2 level or equivalent.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

• It would be valued:

• Knowledge and experience in payroll and taxes
• Knowledge and use of Navision
• Degree in ADE
• Level C1 or similar

Location: Tres Cantos (Madrid)

Salary: Negotiable according to the candidate’s experience.
